Halsey Taylor Puritan Coolers Feature Water Filter

Oak Brook, IL --- Halsey Taylor has recently introduced a new line of water filtered coolers. Called Puritan™, the new water coolers come equipped with a lead reduction system that is designed to remove cysts, lead particles and chlorine.

"While we have offered water filtration kits for many years, we saw there was a need in the market for water coolers that come with a filter as standard equipment", said Al Huneycutt, Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Halsey Taylor. "We developed the Puritan™ line to accommodate that need.

The Puritan™ Water Filtered Cooler line features both single and bi-level barrier-free wall-mount models that meet ADA requirements. A standard wall-mounted unit, as well as a free-standing model, is also available. In addition to the lead reduction system, all models feature a standard platinum vinyl finish and the exclusive Halsey Taylor Double Bubbler™.

Oak Brook, IL --- Halsey Taylor has recently produced a new Rough-In Guide for their popular Voyager™ line of water coolers. The template was designed to make the roughing-in process as quick and easy as possible for plumbing contractors.

"For contractors, time is money", said Al Huneycutt, Vice president of marketing and Sales for Halsey Taylor. "So we developed this tool to cut rough-in time dramatically, and to simplify the entire process."

Molded from sturdy sintra material, the Voyager Rough-In Guide provides the installer with the recommended locations for the waste outlet, water supply and electrical supply in seconds. The 32-3/4" length also allows for the exact location of the hangar bracket, adding further value to this unique installation tool.

Halsey Taylor Announces Availability of New 2003 CD ROM Catalog

Oak Brook, IL --- Halsey Taylor recently introduced their 2003 Edition/Version 3.0 Water Coolers & Drinking Fountains CD Catalog. The new CD incorporates the design and functionality of the company web site and includes the entire Halsey Taylor product line.

"As with our previous CD Catalogs, we wanted this one to be as informative and useful as possible for those who specify, purchase, repair or install water coolers and drinking fountains", said Karen Durdevic, Marketing Administrator for Halsey Taylor. "At the same time we wanted to be able to make future updated versions in a more timely and cost effective manner. Modeling the CD after the web site will enable us to accomplish this goal", added Durdevic.
